Mylink TraveLink Issues

I've had my car about 16 months. Until about a month ago I had no problem with the Sirius/XM TraveLink. It all of a sudden stopped working. When I pressed the screen buttons, it would beep and light up but not go to the link. Every once in a while it would go but show incomplete information. About two weeks ago I called three consecutive days to Sirius/XM to get refresh signals. Still not working. I had the Mylink Nav put in after market as my car did not come with the Nav. So GM will not touch it. The people that sold the Mylink to me said they would look into it but haven't heard back from them in over a week. Suddenly this morning it started working perfectly and as of 15 minutes ago is still working. I went shopping and sat in the parking lot for a while playing with it, turning the ignition on and off repeatedly. But it continues to work for the moment. My question then would be is anyone else having the same or a similar problem, and if so, have you had any luck in doing anything to fix it?
