Wheel Spacer for spare tire?

What size spacer/adapter do I need for a spare tire? 2" thick or is 1.75" thick wide enough?
This is to clear the brembo brakes. I have the 18" spare tire that came with the 1LS but of course it no longer fits with my brakes. I found a kit online for $275 with the tire and they offered to sell just the spacer for $75, this is from performancespare.com, but I found cheaper ones. Are these an OK brand?
Or does anyone sell a single one for about $50 or less? I keep finding sets for $100-200 and I found a single is most often priced at about $85

Any recommendations are appreciated.

I have the performance spare one and it works perfectly. I would go with their spacer and lug nut kit. If you buy just the spacer from them, make sure it comes with the needed lug nuts to fasten it to the studs on the factory hub. The great thing about their spacer is that it is hub centric, meaning it will fit perfect with no wobble.

I bought the full kit from them after I bought my SS. Just note, if you go the spare tire route, if you ever have a flat rear you need to do the following:

Remove the front tire, put the spare on there. Then move the factory front wheel and tire to the rear. That way the rear will sit the same height and you won't stress/damage the IRS setup.

On Star has free towing. If you still have it.

I have triple A but I'd still rather be able to use my spare. Better than waiting.
