Dashboard Lighting Quirk

If you have the key in the "on" position (the engine doesn't need to be running) to use the accessory plug (the former cigarette lighter) the dashboard and radio lights are on. If you turn the key to off and remove it without opening the drivers door the radio and ambient gauge lighting will stay on.
Don't reach in through the window and pull the key out. You need to open the driver's door to turn them off. Opening the passenger door or pressing the power button on the radio won't turn them off either. It probably isn't much of a electrical draw but I wouldn't want to risk having a dead battery.

doubt that's a quirk as you can leave the halo's on the front of the car and this is the interior compliment to it.

as stated, both turn off after 15 min or so.
