Zl1 btake rotors

I just noticed some "scratch" marks on my front rotors is this normal?

How many miles on them, has the car been 'tracked' or 'driven' hard with hard stops, and were the brakes 'bedded' in (before running/racing) -- (series of go and stops from different speeds)? Reminds me of 'chatter' that used to develop if the rotors 'warped' from overheating or heaving breaking...

any type of 'pulse' when you brake? Have the rotors been resurfaced (turned) for different brakes (these are use and throw away rotor hats -- should not be resurfaced)?

The 'line' around the rotor is normal (should have been there from the beginning):
