Lines/fluid change cost?

So i've got new steel lines and DOT4 brake fluid for my 1LE. Since I'm not very experienced in doing upgrades myself and don't have tools needed, I want someone who knows what he's doing to replace the lines and change the brake fluid for me. Meineke guys told me they can do it for $300, dealer said $700. Even $300 sounds too much for me, I thought it should be cheaper. Suggestions?

You could buy the tools and do it yourself for less

well, yeah, but I don't have a garage yet, and I need a bleeder, and jack stands, and tools, so buying all this can get me to $100 while some places can do everything for $130-150. I'll get there eventually, but for now I want a professional to do it.

How about invest in a product that will allow you to bleed and change your break fluid more then once rather then pay someone? Don't be scared of a little challenge. You can knock it out.

after september when I move to a new place with garage and plenty of storage —*I will. as of now it's easier and faster to do it with someone who knows what he's doing
