2010 Camaro SS Brembo brakes

What would you guys recommend to replace pads, rotors and lines with on a budget but be similar or better than OEM stopping power wise. Street type pads, not road racing type stuff.

You stated "similar", so why change anything?

You can use the stock pads, or swap to aftermarket for similar of better performance.

Braided lines will increase pedal feel.

The factory setup works well until you get it on the track and overheat them.

R1Concepts rotors, Hawk HPS pads, and Racing Brake braided lines are about the best bang for your buck. Totally street appropriate and will be a significant improvement over stock performance.
