Technostalgia Rapid Fire Causing High Mount Brake Light Failure?

Has anyone experienced the Rapid Fire Sequential Tail Lights by Technostalgia causing the high mount (3rd) brake light to fail? Mine started out intermittent, then failed completely. $270 later I decided to put the OEM lights back in and no problems since.

I bought them when the first came out, had my SS and then moved to my ZL1 in 2012. No issues except a couple LEDs out long time ago. Issue resolved quickly.

I've got a set. Never had a problem with them... but I didn't get the 'Rapid Fire'/'Sequential Turn Signal' version. Maybe that's the issue. Is there a way to turn off the 'Rapid Fire' and 'Sequential' signals?

Did you fix the LED yourself?

Yes. You have to set them before install.
