my car was built 9/3. it's not on there. they have 42131 42132 but not mine 42133. then it goes all the way up to where they are currently at...anyone know enough about this site to lend me an answer?

Mine was built on 8-29 and is still not there. Not sure when it shows up.

Mine was built on 3 Sept. #43456 and it's not on there either. I have talked to my dealer and they have confirmed my car was built and waiting shipping from the factory. My car was delayed a couple of days due the fact I have factory installed stripes. Hopefully it will arrive next week sometime.

Spastic squirrel is hit and miss-not its fault. Just the way the GM system interacts. The same can be said on camarotracking.com when clicking on the VINs looking for the window stickers; some show up, some don't. The lookup and/or search codes in both are completely valid but the GM system doesn't always "spit back" all the requested data.

Keep checking back. Mine didn't show up until it actually shipped, and I know that this is the case for a lot of others as well.

Mine went from available to ship to hold and back to availabe to ship again? I got my vin on the 27. What is the wait?

Mine took a week to show up, and the car ahead and behind mine was on there.

Why can't I select more than three options to sort on? And sometimes it only let's me select two then errors out. I tried on both Firefox and IE.

for it to work and get ALL the selections you want. You have to select them ONE AT A TIME and allow each search go threw its process and be found, then you go to the next one. That's just the way it works, or it will time out on you every time.

Yea, the code sucks and I never meant it to live on as long as it has. It worked much better when there was only 100 cars. Now that there's over 40000 cars in the database, it's getting a bit long in the tooth. Maybe if I'm bored one day I'll rewrite it to work better. The main problem is that each time the page loads/changes, it re-queries for ALL of the data, instead of just the data that's actually going to be on the page.

P.S... for anyone that cares, I tried running the web app and database on Microsoft's cloud service and it ran just as slow as it does now. So it's not really a hardware capacity issue, just poor coding on my part heh.

Thanks I've tried that over and over. I'll just leave it alone for now. Was most interested in seeing how many there are of my combo etc.

It's a nice database, just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything on my end I'm doing wrong.
