ZL1 Buying Advice
Hey guys looking for some advice from you again. I found a CPO 2014 Silver ZL1 with Ricaro seats and m6 with 22k miles, one owner. The dealership did put brand new tires on it also. There selling it for 44,900 and from what I can tell after spending two months looking that this is a good deal, plus it's local. What do you guys think, any thing particular I should ask? Also full service records shown.

That's a steal price. Miles a little high for a 2014 but the price is very appropriate

Miles are a little high.
but good price with the recaros! If you are a taller guy, check head clearance. I do not fit well in a sunroof car. check the build date. The supercharger pulleys were changed around nov 2013. If it was built before that, it has the old design and might need a supercharger replacement at some point. Tony

I would look for one with lower mileage.

Yeah the mileage concerned me also, it looks like the original owner drove it as his daily driver. I am going by there Monday after work to see what they can work out but as I said the price and it being local is very appealing. Thanks for you input guys.

If your buying the car as your daily driver who cares about miles it's cpo. Do like the first owner did drive it and enjoy it. I think that's a great price too.

Mileage would be a concern for me. I'd be looking it over very carefully. How's the paint, especially the front? What tires did they put on?
It's a very fair price, but I personally would pass unless it was flawless. |

Thats a good price but reflects the mileage on the car. I studied up and watched nationally for about 5 months before I jumped on the one I bought. You can pick them up with much lower mileage on them but you are going to see people asking 2-5k more depending on how much of a garage queen it's been. CPO is good though so if the mileage doesn't bother you, take the deal!

Anything under 45k is a good deal for a ZL1 as long as the car not been hammered

Don't obsess over the miles!
That is a good deal. I myself wouldn't worry about the mileage. If something is going to malfunction in a major way it would have already. It is just more of the same wear and tear, the same type you will add to the car.
