rear bumper scratch while backing up.please help

can anyone please help me with this? what should i do? would a touch up paint make this look like nothing happened? Im planning to trade in this car and i know this will lessen its value. please help. any suggestions?

Touch up paint won't make it perfect, but it will make it less noticeable. It's not really that big of a deal and if you touch it up, it most likely won't affect your trade in value.

We have these places around here called bodyshops? I'd try one of these before making it a bigger mess. I'm sure they can just spot it if that's what you want.

Use the touch up paint with a BRUSH, not a pen. The trick is to keep the paint INSIDE the
damaged area, not overlapping onto the undamaged area. 2 or 3 very thin coats is much
better than one heavy coat. Your car is 4 years old, no one expects it to be 100% perfect.

Take it to a body shop and see what they can do for you. If you want to skip the body shop follow myold88's suggestion. Several thin coats inside the damaged area and some buffing and polishing should make it less noticeable.
