Need some opinions!
I'm stuck in a pickle. Time is almost here for me to get my new toy. I'm stuck on a 08' c6 z06. But the Chevy dealership near me just got a 15' while 1le with only 1500 miles. And has halos + recaros (must have if I got one) now, which would you guys/girls pick. But before you decide here's what will be done to both of them.
If I go 1LE, intake, exhaust, headers, cam hellion twin turbo kit. And I'd go z28 suspension and front splinter. Now if I go z06. It'd get heads intake exhaust and a nice cam. Either one will be daily driven. For a little. But both will be monsters so what do you think. |

Neither. Get a ZL1 and forget the engine mods.

i would go ss non 1le if your looking to do turbos. but thats just me. its a track car not a 1/4 mile car. your going to add weight to a car weighted and designed for handling.i went the na route and make more at the wheels than a zo6 makes at the engine. zo6 is crazy nice though, just depends on what YOU want.

I had pondered trading in for a used Z-06, as i have always wanted a Vette. Im glad i didn't trade my baby in, there are so many Vette's and so few 1LE's.

Z06! More power, less weight, higher revving right out of the box. When you add modifications it will just be a bigger monster.
