Bagged 1LE?

Looking into bagged my 15' 1LE. How many of y'all have bagged yours?

https://www.airliftperformance.com/product/98001/

This will be the kit I will be going with. I believe they are the best of the best. What do you all think?

The picture below is a general idea how it'll look. Different wheels, no decals but close.

The 1LE was designed & set-up to be a road course car.
To me, bagging it will take away its ability to do what it was designed to do.

Lower it with springs or change the coil-overs. Otherwise, you're just throwing away the whole 1LE performance side of things

I am with Hu on this one as well. Even if you never plan to track your car. you are going to give up handling for a certain look? It is certainly your call, but why not start with a car that does not have the $3500 handling option if this is your end goal?

I'm going for an all around car. I have big plans for the 1le and I do want to lower it. But here there are some killer speed bumps and if I'm extremely low I don't not want to risk my bumper. We don't really have a road course near me closest one is an hour or so away. It'll mostly be a street monster and just an overall fun car. I'm not 100% sold on bags. I plan on adding the z28 front splitter and was also debating the z28 suspension. But I'm not 100% sure

1 hour away for a track is REALLY close. Closest track to me is 3 hours away and when in full track swing, I would go a dozen or more times per year.

I would like to add that enjoying a great suspension can be done without being on the track. But as others have said, its your car, so enjoy!

Like people have said. Bagging a 1LE isnt the best thing to do to it if you plan on tracking the car. But with that said, Its your car and you build it the way you want it to suit you and your needs. Some people bought there 1LE's simply cause it looked better than a stock SS with no hopes of ever racing it. , Some bought it to race. And some bought it just because they didnt know the difference.. Good luck with your build.... I just sold my 13 1LE and bought a Z28. But I like to race..

I won't be just tracking it. It will be tracked but not a whole lot. I'd love to go every other week or so but just depends. I plan on putting a decide daily drive able cam. And twin turbos eventually.
