Casting Phone Screen To In-Dash Radio
Hello all,
Forgive me if I jack this up... first post. I have a 2014 ss/rs with a no BA, no Nav, Mylink touchscreen radio. I have been contemplating replacing it for an aftermarket system that has Android Auto so I can mirror my phone to my radio's screen. In my quest to save money, I have been doing some research and found a few products for around $100 to circumvent buying a whole new radio. One of which is made by a company called Axxess Integrate: http://www.axxessinterfaces.com/inde...roducts_id=308 I just got off the phone with their tech and they said as long as you have or can add A/V RCA's you can install this product and cast anything from your phone to your radio's screen wirelessly. There are a couple of products out there that are similar that you can find on amazon, but their lack of a tech support or US office deterred me. So, my question is... is it possible to add A/V RCA's to my setup? A way to splice it in or some form of an adapter? My searches online or here have came up with nothing. Thanks Last edited by CCC80; 08-31-2015 at 05:43 PM. |

I have been researching all night and found this thread.
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ht=GraphicsGod I emailed CantronixUSA and am awaiting a reply to see if it is compatible in the Camaro. I also found their item on ebay for a Chevrolet Trax. http://www.ebay.com/itm/HappyTV-fur-...-/321818610680 I pulled the radio this morning and the connectors are identical. Ill attach a photo of the back of our radio and their adapter. Still, does anyone else have a better solution? ![]() [img=http://s7.postimg.org/5k1t4h613/22939834_gm_satellite_radio_receiver_new_oem_mod.j pg] |

Basically the Car Audio Wi-Fi A/V Mirror Interface Ioriginally posted about will allow you to do this:
For IOS... For Android... |
