Has anyone had any problems passing with exhaust modifications? I'm talking about full cat backs and muffler deletes.

I have lived in OH my entire life and they don't do E-checks anymore, not as far as I know??? They stopped that many years ago when they had too many problems with brand new cars not being able to pass because of this BS !!!

I stand corrected, they still do E-check in seven counties (did not know this because I live where it's not required... My advice is move to another county where it's not required!!!

You might give the guys at RDP a call.

They're in your area, and given that they do a lot of modification work, will probably be able to tell you what works and what doesn't in that regard.

I had thought e-check had been entirely done away with too, but apparently all 7 counties that still have it are right int he Cleveland area.
