2015 Ashen Gray 1le with full detail, tint and xpel blackout kit
Last Saturday I took the car in for a full detail and asked them to tint the windows and put the xpel kit on for me while it was there.
I'm happy with how it came out and wanted to share these pictures for anyone looking to do something similar. $350 for everything for those wondering.

I like the tint but on the fence with expel kit. I like the bright LED backlights at night and dont want to diminish that, Another reason I believe is if a CA cop decide to ping me on a tint then the blackout goes too. Alot of local tint shops were I live will work with you if you had to pull the tint. They discount when you want to add the tint back again.
Also, there is loop hole in the tint law its if you can prove that you have sun spots on your arms the doctor can justify the tint on the side glass. Last edited by Ventura 2015 1LE; 10-03-2015 at 01:46 PM. |
