Very Quick 21'' question
are the factory 21'' wheels with black accents (NOT THE FULLY BLACK ONES) chrome or is that shinyness from polished alunimum around the painted accent? my bet would be polished but i just want to make sure because it makes a BIG difference in teh process to fix the damn scratches that i have... thanks
(i posted in wheels section but no responces so far and i need to know by tmr)
