Greg Norris strikes again.

I was signing into myspace which i haven't been on in a couple of days and rather than my home screen it says that the user i'm trying to view has set all their photos to private. So I copy the user number to see who it is since, obviously this isn't suppose to happen and this is the page that came up.

death machines of the skies. never cared for helos. they have a malfunction and you're dead. the new osprey is a waste of time and money as well IMO. yeah its cool, can fly like a plane and land and take off like a helo, but its killed more people (and marines) in its 30+ years of development than any other flying machine.

The osprey hasnt had a crash since 2000. Since then they have made a lot of updates including new prop blades. Ospreys are pretty bad ass now that they work. Its still scary looking and I wouldnt want it flying over me (or helicoptors for that matter) but they do work.

Maybe osprey is a good way to qualify on helo AND plane at the same time
I've watched them play in Amarillo... Fascinating.

Greg Norris to Osprey, hmmmm

crashed is one word. mishap, emergency, accident are another.

the last incident I can remember was in Nov of '07. hydraulic leaks caught fire and they had to set down in Camp Legune.

I remember, cus I was at Legune for Jfex training when it happened.

there were a handful of accidents all thru 2000-07. its still one of those ideas that the wrong people get in their head that they need to have it, regardless of cost (both financially and physically).

to me, helos of any type dont actually fly. they are just so ugly that the earth repels them. lmao
