Single vs multi disc clutches
So I'm new with clutches. I may replace my clutch soon and would like some info about the advantages of each type. Most cars have a single disc right? Multi is just performance?

Single disk clutches can only handle so much torque before streetability suffers. Under 500 whp single disk is fine. Some guys have successfully run quite a bit more others have smoked them with a stock engine.
Multi-disks increase clutch surface area for handling more power without adversly affecting drivability.

I am putting 507 at the wheels. I've not had a problem with my clutch but maybe I should plan on upgrading it. Will I notice a difference in drivability by changing it?
Do I need to get one with a new slave cylinder? |

Drivability depends on the clutch you buy. You should be able to find one that will hold that power level and be streetable without too much trouble.
Ones that use puck style disks hold more power but have more of an "on/off" feel. There are plenty of full disk clutches that hold 500hp and should feel close to stock.

IMHO new clutch = new slave
Lots of options out there, look for HP/tq ability and a reputable manufacturer.

Whether you replace your slave or not, you should get the billet bearing support from Monster, especially if you intend to slip it while racing.
