I bought one for my 2011 1LTRS. from what i remember it was around $400.00 and it was painted. It wouldn't fit as the existing holes from the factory spoiler would be open. I had them plugged, and had the trunk painted, it was like $1000.00, so it ended up costing me around $1400.00, but looked super cool. 8 months later traded for my 1LE.

GM High Wing Spoiler
Hello. I have one as well, and no, it doesn't obstruct your view. I ordered mine from the dealership where I bought the car (parts department), so they gave me a discount, then I had their body shop paint it and the trunk to match. I got it all done for less than $1000, just can't remember the exact amount.
