Changing CAI
I was wondering if there is any issue with switching brand name CAI's after getting a tune with one of them?
So say someone wants to change from a Cold Air Inductions CAI to a Roto-Fab intake. Would they have to get a new tune or would there be no issues?

Why are you thinking about changing CAI? You have a good one already.

I can only see the need for an other tune if the sensor position is significantly relocated within the air stream with an type of cold air intake brand, eg, further upstream, or even located on the inside as opposed to outside.
Ditto for OTR style ones, vs what you got now. You even have people here who add a cold air intake, TB, hi-flow cats, and keep their stock tune for warranty purposes, and claim it runs grrrrreeaaaAAAT! Just like that Tony character claims frosted flakes taste great, but I digress. |

As others have said, you will be good.
Is the tune guaranteed to be 100% spot on now that you switched intakes? Probably not, but it may not have been 100% spot on to begin with, and CAI to Roto fab isn't that crazy of a change to need a new tune. |

Ok! Thanks guys! I am not sure if I am changing or not yet, still deciding. Just wanted to get a good answer as to whether it was ok or not.
Thanks!
