Change Stripe Option?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

When I ordered my Camaro the only stripe package that had the hockey stripe as well was the one with the solid hood/tail stripe.

I much prefer the split "rally" stripe with the pin stripe outline, as you can get by itself.

My first question is just just general "stripers", it would cost me an extra 400 bucks to get the new center stripe and keep my existing hockey stripe. Just wanted to get some opinion on the solid vs the split stripe?

My next question is for any dealers that might be following this, since I already paid for the other package that included install, do you think I can just swap what stripes are used and it would still be covered under my current stripe package?

i actually bought a car that someone else ordered but then couldnt receive.. i asked about swapping the hockey and solid hood stripes for the rally stripes and they wouldnt let me. so ill just sell the solid stripe and hockey stripes on ebay. haha

Well I want to keep the hockey stripes, but I like your idea, perhaps I could get something on eBay for the solid stripe if there is any marke for it. Still have to deal with the install...
