TPMS sensors not programming

Anyone have problems programming their tpms to thear car? I replaced the wheels and the sensors but the car doesn't want to learn the rear tires. It learned the rears once for about a week and then it lost them. I've been told that it's a problem with my car by the tire guys but I don't know.

Anyone had this problem?

When my car was on the dyno the guy deactivated my rear 02 sensors and skip shift so they don't work right now. I would imagine that this can be done with the tpms sensors. Anybody know what sort of code reader I need or place I should go to have this done? The dealer says that it's not possible but I know it's probably a liability thing.
