You'll want to install a 2 piece pulley now, trust me... 2.75 or 2.55...
I'm running the stock pulley but vvt ss1, ported heads with headers, cai and I'm at 590 RWHP but each car varies.. -Don

stock pulley? 91octane?
570whp ish that's where im at and you described a similar setup to mine. I don't have headwork though. your sig says NF Cam in your 1LE. why not keep that, the LS9 is downgrading. I wish I had upgraded the pulley at least one size.

Ls9 cam is good for boost and I don't think the valve springs need to change if stock are still on but, if you can, I'd go with a BTR PD stage 2 or 3 cam. If the NF is an n/a cam, might be a good reason to change..

I'll look into swapping the pulley now.
I didn't swap the night fury cam out yet. I think I'm gonna leave it in and give it a try. I love the idle. |

Still thinking about the cam. Is 600rwhp possible with ls9 cam and 2.75 pulley?

2.55 and injectors may get you close.. 580s to 590s. BTR PD stage 1 and 2.55 had done it or real close...

I bet you will break 600whp using the night fury cam and a 2.5 upper
Stock upper is 2.95

I have BTR stage 1 and 2.75 pulley pushing 650+ rwhp, it will definitely get you over 600

What pulley would you all go with, I think adm sells one of the best pulley
I'm also doing an lsa conversion, I only have cat back and ADM intake, with lsa conversion can I get up to 550hp total (not rwhp)? Should I also change pulley

Yes, pulley now before installing -- 2.55 you'll be glad you did.. You will need injectors and ZL1 Fuel Pump and ADM FPCM. If you don't want to add all of that, stock is good -- I'm right @ 600 RWHP with just 6 PSI boost -- of course, I do have other mods ;o) -- as you may already know....
