Where are all the parts?

I mean I know our cars are 2016 but they have been on the road since like September of last year. Where are all the after market parts? We barley have $1,500 headers let alone a cai for god sakes.

i AM WAITING FOR v6 STUFF, SO I MAY BE THE LITTLE MAN WAITING FOR THE BIG GUYS TO FINISH FIRST...BAHAHAH

But, i would love to see more AM stuff and have been keeping an eye on both scenes. I want the CAI with a factory tune (no warranty void) and then later on down the road, this RS is getting boosted!! Maybe Nitrous at first, but i doubt it since ill pay what it costs for a boost kit in bottle fills lol.

None of aftermarket companies get a car to do design off of, until they buy it at the dealership. I don't think any of them have had enough time to completely put out a product it to be guaranteed to work under warranty and exclusive to the particular car.

Your easy things are tuning (SCT is already available), ported throttle body (numerous brands), and ported or replacement intake manifolds (multiple brands) since they can be pulled directly from the C7 Corvette.

The parts are coming! The parts are coming!!! You've got to understand it takes time to develop, test and produce products. This is a brand new platform and manufactures want to get it right the first time. We've got a good number of products now and more testing is being done every week! We'll have our Stage Packages rolling out the door before you know it!

Kind regards,

I am still wondering why tirerack and all the other sites still don't have winter tire and wheel packages available.

Once again, I'm sure their lawyers won't allow it until they have a car physically to put them on.

A lot of manufacturers are barley getting cars that they are using. Borla has a local customers of ours that they have, about 3 weeks before they have productions up and going for the different systems they are going to offer.

Roto-Fab intake coming out hopefully sometime in February. Flowmaster is looking at March to have something available. CAI is looking at March as well to have their intake done.

Patience is the game right now. Procharger should have something mid February.

We have been waiting for about a month since our car was built. Starting to get anxious over here.

As someone that just placed an order for a '16 2SS A8 HyperBlue myself.. I know the feeling..

BUT..

Do you want go aftermarket parts fast or do you want them right?

It's just like 5th gens.. Early on, it'll be all R/D and trickle.. and after the early mod issues I had with things like FI, CoilOvers, fixing output shaft failures, clicking fan motors, cutting holes in the tank with external Wahlboro pumps, etc...

I can stand the wait while shops do proper R/D and get solid parts out.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't folks getting a head start having already developed for the C7?
