In my experience, 100% meth is always better than a water mix. Good numbers, though!

For all out power, yes. For safety, no

No this isn't my car, I wish. A friend of mine is tied to this dyno shop some how and made me aware of this video. |

Looks pretty legit. My personal car ran 93 and methanol. Made well over 1000rwhp and did roughly 100 passes at the track 5.1- 5.2's in the 1/8th.

Water and meth allowed for 6 degrees more timing... pretty good gains in the end.

Great video. How legit is this though? thats a huge increase with just 6 degrees of timing? I am running 10 pounds of boost and I know my tuner had to pull timing out, so how dumb am I right now not having a meth injection kit?

~15rwhp per degree is fairly normal.
Would like to see actual numbers since car is way up in elevation. FI and high elevation always inflates numbers.

I also questioned the elevation and was told it was tuned for Sea Level to make it legit. I got a 5th Gen with a new Vortec and I've been researching water/meth to lower my IAT's.
