Torque Converter Stall Question
I just ordered my Circle D Specialties triple disk 258mm lockup torque converter. I have a 2010 with 416ci, Procharged F1X, 4l80 and mostly roll race with an occasional track day. Circle D recommended a stall at 34-3500. I know these guys are one of the best in the business, but I figured Id see what people on here thought. I just want the car to run its ass off and be street able. Any help is appreciated.

I had a 3600 stall on my 4th gen and it worked real well, so a 3400 to 3500 sound right to me, it looks like you a pretty awesome set up how much hp you making

Yeah I have a 3400 single disk at the moment and Ive been told after driving it from my trans builder and tuner that this stall is too loose. My trans tuner (MIke at Century) stated that I should go with a 2800-3000 after I spoke to him yesterday. At the moment I'm making 750hp on 12PSI. I'm in the process of upgrading my fuel system (Fore Innovations) and bumping the PSI up to about 18-20. Should be closer to 1000hp.
