Have the same issue as you huge Procharger intercooler taking up all the space. I have a huge trans cooler right in the middle of the upper grill opening. I'm having cooling issues (nothing bad) but the fans are on all the time even in cooler weather. I want to say what I have is a 20,000 btu super cooler 32 row stack (I think), while it does keep the trans at 180 even while racing I don't like the way it blocks the radiator air. I'm changing over to this http://derale.com/products/fluid-coo...t-ports-detail while it's only 1/4 of the length it's a little deeper and has the same cooling rating as the big stack cooler. I'll be able to put it far left in the grille opening allowing a bit more air into the radiator which should help temp.
