I don't know if this helps but I got a boost pump with my Procharger I1 kit and it seems to supply the pressure needed to reach ~650 HP at the crank without any issues. It's usually adjustable how much voltage you can push at the pump but I don't know how much more it would go if you wanted 650 WHP.

I wouldnt look at it as "what's the max hp the KB BAP is good for" its more about what you're putting the BAP on. On a stock pump, you will find a few different answers from different people, with different setups. I would do your fuel one time, and one time only. if your planning for 650 get a fuel system good to 1000whp. Ask me how I know.

Soon you will want more power and you will be right back in the same boat. Are you planning on SC or turbo?

550 WHP or so is about the average max for the stock pump. The voltage booster will add some to that. For a Turbo car I would invest in a better fuel pump.
