ECS kit on backorder?

Order a ecs kit through JDP a little over two weeks ago, still havent received kit or ship date (I have contacted Kayla at JDP not their fault). Is this normal or is something going on that i should know about?

exactly bro same here, im getting a little bit annoyed at the lack of communication and the non-shipment of my merchandise, its not like me (or you) spent 20 bucks on some stickers or something. I've never had any trouble like this on such an expensive purchase so im not used to it, but maybe im just being a little paranoid......

ECS take's awhile. It's a solid product but you will wait at times. We sell a ton of their stuff and it's rare that I get a kit in under 3-4 weeks.

Deal with the vendor you ordered it from. Your paying JDP for customer service, they should be providing it.

Ordered directly from ECS Feb 24th, and the head unit arrived today looks like it was drop shipped from Paxton. Alex said mine was supposed to ship last week too, and I'm waiting on email and calls back my self.

It's not just ECS, many of the vendors need some lead time as I'm sure they are ramping up for the 6th gen. DSS, a great sponsor, takes 2 to 4 weeks on some of their products. I'm patient and understand. Took 6 weeks from the time I ordered my CF driveshaft, of course, that was around the holidays too... I also orders their axles, and I'm sure that will take about 3 to 4 weeks, just part of the business of supply and demand, demand is waining somewhat for the 5th gen parts...
