2010 3.6l LLT harmonic balancer removal

2010 RS 3.6l CAMARO LLT NEED TO KNOW CORRECT TOOL TO REMOVE THIS HARMONIC BALANCER please help doing it myself. Email with any helpful info looking to communicate with experienced people while replacing my timing chain. waynesanders@live.com

I used a 3 leg puller from the inside diameter. You can rent one from local auto parts or tool supply. Harbor Freight also sells a kit.

Yes 3 jaw puller.
What method did ya use to hold the crank to remove the bolt?

Thanks but I tried 3 different 3 jaw pullers they didn't work. I used a otc 6667, ya6490a, and ones from local auto zone and advance auto. Need to know the correct 3 jaw puller part number and where to buy it.

I used this set. may have been the mid sized one. You'll have to turn the legs to grab from the inside diameter.

Spray shaft with PB blaster, let sit overnight.
