Ice warning

Pulled into my favorite coffee house this morning (7-11) and when I came out and inserted the key into the ignition I recieved a nice little warning from my car. It said Ice may exist drive with caution. I have now had my car talk to me twice. Once when it told me Vehicle will not exceed 155 mph and now. Cute but I thought my mother lived in Jersey not Colorado.
All kidding aside nice that it does something like this. Now if it could find away to grab the keys from a drunk driver that would be something.

Try getting in the car with your shoe untied...maybe it will let you know about that, too.

I think it is a feature similar to what my 135i had. When it is a certain tempurature it warns you as your tires may have not have as much grip as normal since it is under a certain tempurature and your tires are cold.

That's cool. Have you tried hooking up your bluetooth cellphone to the systems bluetooth? That is hilarious between onstar and the voice command recognition software on the phones. Once the car recognizes your sentences or voice pattern it works pretty well. I also was able to use the Mapquest directions to send to OnStar in the car. Although the NAV screens are so 80's it does work very well. Give it a try.

...or when a passenger rips a SBD (silent but deadly) it somehow knows and tells you to open the windows.

I thought that the windows were supposed to go down automatically with express during a passenger ripped SBD.
