So it's been raining alot here in the Houston area. Like ALOT.

Anyhow...yesterday I get home after picking my 2 kids up from daycare (kids are 1 & 4 yrs old). As we're unloading the car, it starts to sprinkle a bit, and my 4yo son sniffs the air with a DEEP breath.

him: "Daddy!!! It smells REALLY GOOD out here!!"
me: "yeah, you like that? It's what rain smells like sometimes, nice and fresh!"
him: "NO, daddy. It smells like your fast car. I REALLY SUPER like that smell!"

that was my laugh for the evening. Kid's only 4, and he's obsessed, as some of the H-town Camaro club members can attest to...there are a few that see me and him at random car shows. He loves it. I'm so screwed when he's able to drive on his own.

LOL!!!

I knew I was screwed when I was taking my daughter to the International Motorcycle Show at the old Astrodome/Reliant Convention Center... she would run to all the bikes and measure them to see if she could sit on them... then test the seats. How I ended up with a 2006 Goldwing.

I wished I could say that about my girls, 5 and 7. They have literally said "awww, I want to ride in Toby" when I pick them up from daycare. Toby is my 83 Silverado, total farm truck, rusty stinky and dirty haha. Maybe it's because they are not allowed to eat or drink in Allison (Camaro) or allowed to even open the door (kids are not gentle on door handles)
