Been about 4 years since I let my 5th Gen go and I started getting the itch again.

I was playing around on the GM inventory search the other day looking for something close to me here in Dallas and happened to see a lonely 6th Gen 2SS coupe way over in Ft. Worth that was listed with just about every option I was interersted in.

After speaking to the dealer, I discovered the poor little guy had been bounced between 2 dealers and was actually delivered way back in December 2015.

It was fully optioned and even came with stuff you don't usually find on dealer ordered vehicles, the main one being 6 piston Brembo brake package (also blacked out bow ties).

It seems like a strange thing for a Dealer to option out, I could be wrong though. I'm thinking it was a custom order that fell thru. The dealer couldn't (or wouldn't) tell me the back story on the car.

At any rate, with the savings going on right now on Camaros in general and the fact that the car had been sitting around since December, they offered me a really good deal on it.

So I drove over, checked everything out, and drove home with it yesterday.

I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to my wife...I just couldn't handle the automatic miata anymore!

It was just over 44k for an original 49k+ optioned car. In the grand scheme of things, I don't know if that was a good deal or not, but it was the best I could squeeze out of them and I was happy with it.

Unfortunately no, although mine is black, it also has the black interior. It was a relatively early car I guess (SEQ# 119821 if I remember correctly).
