Differential cooling loop question

I am adding a Solo Mach X muffler and I need to reroute the rear differential cooling lines. It is my understanding the rear differential cooler is cooled by the transmission cooler. My car is a Manual, so what pump is circulating the tranny fluid to the heat exchanger in the rear end? When I break the line how do I replenish the lost tranny fluid? I can not find any instruction for this. I do not want to replace the lines and end up having an air bubble that air bounds the rear end cooler. Any help or advice would be appreciated on how to get the fluid replaced and the correct level back in the tranny and how to get the air out.

There is a cooling pump in the tranny that powers the closed system.

Just top off through the fill plug driver side of trans after you reroute the lines.
