Well, I just finished installing my stripes from RiderGraphix. Very easy to install with the proper patience and they look GREAT (imho).

I also installed blue bowtie vinyl. It's Avery's Olympic Blue and I think it looks great on my Aqua Blue Metallic. Doesn't match (didn't want it to), but I feel like it provides enough contrast. I also installed the rear one, but it'll look better once I black out the tail (also thanks to RiderGraphix).

Well, enough talk. Take a gander.

Thanks! I had heard people say that black striping on Aqua Blue just wouldn't work, but I absolutely LOVE it!

The hose was there because I washed the car this morning. =P

They look epic, Venom! I was waiting for you to get your hockeys, man! So what do you have in mind next, dude?

I've actually changed my mind about which hockey stripes I'm getting. I'm going to go ahead and wait for SLP to release theirs since I like the shape a little more and I'm going to put LS3 at the end like how yours has 6.2L.

I'm also going to make my bowties blue as a nice retro touch but I'm not sure which color is closest to the classic bowtie blue.

LOVE IT. That combo woulda been my 2nd choice for sure. That blue is the best color IMO.

Thanks, dude! I LOVE them! I'm going to black out the tail next. I just need some 3M tape for replacing the bowtie. Not blacking it out LS7 style, though. Instead I'll just black out the decklid and spaces between the tail lights.

I've got the mail slot blackout and I'll put it on, but I'm not sure I'll keep it. We'll see. If I do keep it, I may have to get the blackout for the area around the headlights, too.

I can't find my Avery sample book right now, but if you're going the vinyl route (at least initially), you may want to look at Royal Blue or Impulse Blue (I can get the right shades when I find my sample book). Every classic blue bowtie I've seen has been a darker (but not navy) blue, so I think those may work for you.

I dunno if you've seen this forum's post of the prototype SLP Camaro at the 2009 NEOCC F-Body Summit, but the pictures were a little too up close and personal to really get a good perspective on their future products, so here is the same car from the Summit Racing Facebook page except with further views.

In addition to the hockey stripes you see on it, you can damn well bet I am getting the spoiler too. It's the closest one so far to a first gen spoiler since Revolution's and MPD-1's slope back a little too far and are not as squared off at the sides as this one is:

And isn't it funny it HAPPENS to be an ABM car? :P
