What wire do I tap into for the bap? I'm running the JMS BAP. Do I hook up before the FPCM or directly to the fuel pump?

Call them. They are very helpful.

According to the instructions, you would connect it to the red/white +12v wire in the connector. It should be the only red/white wire and one of the big (2mm = 14 gauge) wires. At least in the 2010-2011 service manuals, it only shows one red/white wire.
