Need help..No Oil Pressure !!!

Had the car out this evening, out to dinner, etc. We stopped at the store was only in the store for about 5 minutes. Came back out started the car, started backing out and the information center started flashing "No Oil Pressure, turn the engine off". I turned the car off and turned it back on again still no oil pressure. I had my oil changed two weeks ago. Called OnStar they said to turn the car on again, this time I had oil pressure. I still had them run the diagnotic, they found nothing. Has this happened to anyone else?? Should I take it in Monday??

The oil gauge was at 0 pressure but when OnStar told me to turn the car on it went back to normal.

No nasty ticks. Checked it out today and everything was fine, oil pressure was good, oil level was good as well. I'm still going to take it in.

Took the car in and they hooked it up to the computer. Seems I have a faulty oil pressure switch.

Mine says "LOW OIL PRESSURE TURN ENGINE OFF!" It's done it on two separate occasions. First time, I had the car towed to my nearest dealership. They said there was nothing wrong. I was on my way to pick up my son from football practice today I got the reading again.

Check the oil dipstick. If there is oil at the right level then you don't have to panic.

Take it in to the dealer.
