Sorry i get no notifications from this site so i have to keep checking back for posts.

You have a 1LE correct? Your car is already ready for the track, assuming you have the factory tires still on the car after one or two laps your tires will be extremely sticky and stick to the curves like glue. you need a helmet, if you don't have a helmet you can rent one there. Closed tip/toe shoes and i believe you need long pants but i'll have to check on that.

Beginner and Intermediate you follow the pace car and no one is allowed to pass. It's a controlled environment so you can get use to the track and learn the curves at your own pace.

Experienced is for faster paced cars and they teach you how to safely pass but you need to take the beginner class first if you haven't yet.

All groups get classroom time before they run for reminders and other info.

for "experienced":
1. " led by the official NJMP pace car."
meaning you can't pass pace car, right? sad.

2. "progressively increasing speed and frequently exceeding 100 mph by the end of the day"
when doing HPDE with NASA, I'm doing 135+ at the end of the straight at Lightning. so "exceeding 100mph" sounds... well... slow.

Hot laps FTW! is it the same $295 if I register with CJ Camaro club?

Yes Hot Laps is what i'm shooting for next time, doing experienced this time just to get the first set of classroom discussion on passing. You are correct experienced still has the pace car which you can't pass.

Same price as listed on Motorsportreg.com even if you don't register with CJ Camaro club. You don't have to register with us, we would like you to though if your joining us that day. Not Mandatory though.

Thanks for the info, Yes I have a 1LE with Goodyears still on.
I am guessing the helmet must be an Auto helmet and not motorcycle?
That is it for equipment, not even a properly mounted extinguisher
is required?

It can't be a harley style helmet must cover your full head like a car helmet.
That's all you need

FYI convertibles can't race without proper roll bars installed.
