What is the best wheel/tire combination for the drag strip and what's the best place to get them point me in the right direction please

That's a loaded question and you'll get a ton of different answers. Price range is the biggest variable.
If your stock wheels are the black ones they make an 18" replica that matches for the rear only. Put some Mickey Thompsons on them and your good to go for pretty cheap. Check these out..http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=442395
