Hello everyone. I have been wavering back and fourth on trading in my ZL1 on a Z28 and I saw this today that sparked my interest. I'm not a huge fan of red but being 1 of 5 red w/o ac it is very enticing. Is this even a good deal? Is there anyone on here looking to get rid of there 14? My top picks are silver, gray, then red and I'm not interested in a 15. Just kicking around some ideas and seeing what other people think?

That is an excellent price on a 14 with that low of production without ac. I made the upgrade from a 2SS to th z28 and it was night and day. I do love this car. I doubt I could do the no ac but from a having fun and then down the road value that one without ac will hold value very well

it also appears the Trofeos have been replaced with a more streetable tire

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't notice that at first.

I've made contact with the dealer and so far they have not impressed me. The first person I talked to had to have someone on the lot cll me as she was not there. When I received a call from the person on the lot he seemed little agitated he had to be outside looking at the car for any damage. Didn't really give me to good of an idea what shape the car is in other than that it is a "used car." He is suppose to send me some pictures of anything he feels might be of interest like two little dings on the rear quarter panel. Have yet to hear back yet. We will see...

Vin #49, has been for sale a looong time. That is a fantastic price. If you can live with not having A/C then go for it. For me, it was about having a car which really drew from the essense of a muscle car and its heritage. Then it was about my car being the 1/1 U.S. production without A/C. And lastly about it being the most badass Z/28 ever! Hindsight, I should have gone with the white with A/C as it would have been more appealing to my wife, LOL. In the end though, having the car I have always brings a smile when hearing the LS7 start up and run through the gears.

If getting the car as a toy, then a little sweat wont hurt you.

Whats wrong with getting a 2015?

I couldn't live w/o AC. That big LS7 gets mighty hot.

I prefer no ac for the simple fact there is less of them. It will be a track car as well. How can you tell its been for sale for so long?

Ive been searching for Z/28s for about 6 months now. Adding vins, color, mods, options to my list. I just know that vin 49 has been out there in CO for a while now. If I read Red without A/C, I think of that car.

Dealer in Florida has a 2014 he'll sale for $47,500. That's what he offered it to me at but I passed because No AC

only has 336 miles on it.
