Then shut off car for 5 min, and back on. The lights went off except for check engine light? By the way, don't worry about the tire sign, that's been on because I don't have TPMS right now due to just got new wheels and waiting on them

Haven't got a chance to see what codes are being thrown. My cousin is bring his code reader and I'll see.. I hope it's nothing serious. Don't want to go to a dealer since I'm really not stock anymore. I have a 2015 1LT/RS with 16,500 miles

This is a very common problem with the VTC. Happened to me once, I turned the car off and unplugged it, ran it for a day then reinstalled it. I didn't have problems again

I got the Throttle Sensor Position Error about a week ago. I unplugged my VTC, plugged it back in then re-calibrated it. No problems since then.

You think it's the VTC then? I heard that was a problem with the first ones that came out, but mines only about 1-2 months old. Bought brand new.

Also on other threads, I read it might be throttle body? I don't even have the stock throttle body anymore..

Try re-calibrating it, if that doesn't work run without it for a while. If the codes don't come back, there was an issue between the VTC and your other throttle mods.

You're going to need the codes to know for sure. When I pulled my code they explained it that with drive by wire they potentiometer in the pedal sends a signal to the throttle body. This is interpreted as a command on how far to open.

These two values are checked against each other and if there is a big enough difference the code gets thrown. What the VTC does is changes the signal to make the tb think you're hitting the pedal harder but the throttle potentiometer will still show your actual input. This is what can cause a problem.

Having the 80mm tb may make this problem worse, can't be sure though

Reduced power mode is trying to save your engine if there is a real problem with the system
