Both are great. Kooks I think are slightly more popular.

Thanks for the information. I guess part of my question should have been, with kooks or arh headers does coating make a big difference for the sc?

By SC I'm guessing you mean Supercharger? In which case, no difference. Coated is recommended although not necessary.
