Angry Vibration in Rear at Highway Speeds

So here is my situation that i have been dealing with for 3 months now. I have been trying to solve my vibration issue coming from the rear of the car. I feel it in the seat and the whole car seems to shake at anything above 68 ish mph. Now i thought it was tires or rims. Had brand new rims and tires put on. Still had the problem, figured balanced wrong. After 3 different shops and 6 times in for re-balancing, road force balancing, and swapping tires between rims i still have the issue. No issues with road force, tires balance out very good, and before you ask yes i have the correct hub rings installed. So i have ruled out tires/rims as the problem. Now another thing that confuses me is one time one the highway i will get the shaking, the next time i wont. Its intermittent. One day i can drive 100mph and it will be smooth, the way home from work I might have to pull off the highway because of the shaking. Any help would be appreciated, if you guys could name some things to check that would be great. I plan to lift the car and check out all of my rear end components this weekend.

Rotation vibrations are exactly that. Rotational vibrations. The vibration ill occur at the same number of rotations every time, unless something has physically changed.

1. What modifications have been made to the driveline, suspension and brakes?
2. What brand, model and size wheels?
3. What brand, model an size tires?

niche circuit wheels, toyo tires all around,275/40/20 on front 8.5 inch rims and 305/35/20 on rear 10.5 inch rims, as for mods, the car is lowered 1.5 all around with BMR springs, nothing else to driveline/brakes

I had this problem and swear it was because I had one new rear tire and one worn, creating about a 1/2" height diff. I actually felt the limited slip lock in a slight bend of the road. It shook the car through the seats. I deflated the newer tire until I replaced the worn one. With new rear tires no issues.

The fact that it's intermittent suggests a suspension problem. Who did the lowering?

The tires have been checked with a road force balance machine to rule out a bad tire?

I did the lowering, just changed the springs out like many times before, had it aligned right after by a reputable shop and then checked once after, both rear tires are new with 2k miles on them so neither is worn more than the other, i had a chance to go under the car today, nothing lose, driveshaft looks fine aswell

A road force balance machine operated by a good tech can diagnose a bad tire, a shifted belt in the tire, out of round tire, out round wheel... New tires are frequently bad tires on a RF machine. That i why you don't see them in tire mfg owned shops. Get them on a RF balance machine and find out.

Make sure your rear diff has enough fluid in there. Mine is leaking now because of a bad seal and if the fluid is low it vibrates like crazy at say 50 to 56 mph. I put in fluid and top it off and the vibration goes away. This on and off thing may be due to a cool diff vs a hot diff. Check the fluid or change it to a better fluid. Do this for starters. I doubt it is your wheels. Check hubs for shaking as well and they may also need replacing.

To justicepete i worked at a tire shop for 2 years and i did the roadforce at my old shop, came out fine and no hobble either when i spun them, im gonna try and put the wheels off my freinds camaro on mine and drive it to see if it goes away, also i notced the axle on the right side is thicker than the left, is that normal? Possible fix from previous owner with a wrong part??

Axles are to different sizes from the factory. Probably has to do with torque load. Someone with knowledge could answer that with more accuracy.
