Remote start not working No CEL

Hey guys I got a 2010 camaro 2lt. The remote start stopped working. The lights flash and I hear a click from under the hood. The remote start is enabled in the config menu. There is no CEL's and all doors / hood / truck are closed. Please help thank you

If you are not in Park, or the ECM doesn't think you are in Park, remote start will not work.

If you accelerator pedal is not at zero, same thing.

I'm in park, gear selector says p. Gas pedal is at zero as far as I can tell (not idling high) and break pedal is at zero (no brake lights on). I tried reclosing the hood and trunk and lid but that didn't work. Please any other suggestions? Thanks

Assuming your fob is otherwise working, I don't have any other ideas. Either see the dealer or just give up on remote start.

Afterthought: do you have a tune or some gadget that re-maps your accelerator pedal?

Bump anyone have any ideas? It worked the other day when the temps increased and it was 80° out. Now that the temps have dropped again still won't work. Iam baffeled.

You need access to GDS2 and look at the Remote Start Disable History. That will tell you exactly what is going on. Otherwise you are just shooting blindly.
