Guarantee there's frame damage if that's all the damage there is and it's totaled.
Roof buckle is a sure sign it's crap, IMO.

Damage pic above, makes me think he hit a median curb at speed...especially to knock the RF wheel off and doo all that unibody damage.

Looks like part of the front bumper is on the ground behind the back tire.
Tow-hook cover is off, maybe wrecked at a track?
The big number on the windshield might be the insurance estimate cost for repairs.
