New member from Groves, Texas
Hello everybody and glad to be a part of this diverse group. I lurked around for a couple of weeks and decided there was just too much knowledge to share to not jump in. I've owned a few Camaros over the years starting with a stone-stock '73 back in high school. Had two '78 Z28s, one stock and the 2nd one had a modified LT1 for power. My current daily driver is a 2001 Z28 with an LS1 bottom end breathing through an LS6 top end with a not-so-mild cam. The newest addition is a 2016 Hyper Blue 2SS/A8/NPP with silver hash-marks that I got a smokin deal on because of a year-end deal as well as being a dealership employee! Thanks Gunmetal, the 78 has been gone for 25 years now but what a beast back then. That was the one with the old-school LT1 under the hood. Around 400HP at the crank, still had AC and drove it cross-country to Daytona one July. That pic was taken on the beach the day we arrived.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.
 oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here. Welcome!!
