Four Ford GT's to go for Rolex 24 Hours Podium
http://www.imsa.com/news/122016/ford...lex-24-daytona
All four Ford GT's will be present for the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona for 2017. I'm actually surprised they didn't do this last year

Good for them!
I'm curious to see how the GT's perform after their shakedown year. And yes I'm sure there's going to be someone coming along posting the C7.R memes. |

If Petit LeMans was an indicator of how the Fords will perform in 2017, I wouldn't be surprised if it goes to the last race for the championships. In GTLM at least... Oh yeah. I'm pumped, going to see the 6 Hours at The Glen and possibly the race at VIR. I can't wait to see and hear the C7.R in person

As cool as I think that car is . I hope Corvette kicks their butts . After the way they Sandbagged at Leman's to win this past spring . Hopefully IMSA will have the BOP right for the 24 HOUR .

They definitely have some unfinished business at Daytona due to the poor showing from last year. As mentioned, they had a year to shake things down and will be more competitive this year for the Rolex. Makes for good racing.

They seem to have their software bugs worked out, and the mechanics have a year of working on them. Should be a good season. Would love to see them take LeMans again.

Good luck Ford. Gonna need 4 of those GT's to compete with the Vettes, IF the IMSA allows for a fair BoP.

Can't wait for the January test to see what the cars are capable of. Curious to see how the WEC Ford teams do in IMSA comptetition
I think the people who judge BOP restrictions had it together for the last few races so I would imagine that 2017 should be fairly close. Let's hope they can sniff out any sandbagging that might happen
