Looks like someone just Photo shopped a picture of a Z/28. There have been similar Photo shoped 5th Gens IROCs in the past. Not to mention, the IROC series ended 10 years a ago.

This car was built as "One Off" design exercise for one of the big wigs at GM. It's just that they have had to cut back on these frivolous expenditures. So they are using Forza to do their primarily design work......
