Definitely not one of Joe's builds. They had some beast Mustangs out there too.

Didn't look like the Rustang gave it full throttle off the line. He should have walked you through the first few feet, then been looking at your tail lights the rest of the way. Nice though, always fun. Congrats!

Are we sure that Mustang was supercharged? Most S550s make over 600whp and trap in the 128-135 range in the 1/4 where I race. That does look like some fun racing though. What kinda MPH do you see on the top end?

I think so. To some reason it looked like he let up, and then got back into it. Not sure why though.

Yes, he was supercharged. It is a lot of fun. My best trap speed for the day was 159.5mph.

The one Joe built, with 3 mods went 9.9@140 (blower, flexfuel, stall converter) at street car takeover. Most local shops are clueless with stangs. They can't tune them, and can't do a proper install/setup.
