Has anyone put the 6th gen ZL1 seats in your 5th gen Z - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I was thinking about this since my Z doesn't have the Recaro seats, and I want some. The 6th gen Z seats are nice. Same red stitching, ZL1 logo, and suede so it would blend in nice

I tried I get the 14/15 Recaro seats and the only way was to buy them piece by piece and it totaled almost 2k a seat. But I believer the cabin space in the 6th gen is smaller so it may be a bigger pain to put them in.

You would have to deal with airbag and seat heater issues.

Find a set of Recaros made for the 5th gen. You won't regret it.

Post #3, you can get the seats complete either as a set or individually. Bad news is that the seats are still expensive.

If you have the coin and don't mind spending the money, then if it were me I'd go with the 5th gen Recaros. Good luck.
